Leaders and managers are facing many struggles attracting, retaining, and working effectively with the millennial workforce. Millennials have shorter tenures in positions, expectations of work-life balance, and a need for purpose-driven work. No longer are the days of employees who just come in and get the work done because of a deeply ingrained work ethic. We will break down the values of this generation. You'll leave with tools to better engage and retain your millennial workforce for the long term. This includes a shift in leadership practices.
Lunch will be: Fresh Garden Salad with Buttermilk-Ranch Dressing and Vinaigrette, Citrus-Grilled Breast of Chicken, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans or Steamed Vegetables, Yeast Rolls with Butter, and Dessert of the Day from Rio Brazos Cuisine.
If you signed up for a premium membership, then there is no payment due for this event. For all other members, the cost of the event is $15.00 and includes lunch. For guests of members, the cost of the event is $18.00 and includes lunch. For non-members and for guests of non-members, the cost of the event is $25.00 and includes lunch. Please register in advance as soon as possible. This greatly assists us in planning for the meal and setting up the room. Each person attending the meeting will need to pay the fee relating to their membership level regardless of whether they are eating.
