Meghan Holder Co-VP Conferences and Programs Term 2026-2027 Meghan Holder is a seasoned Human Resources leader with a deep commitment to supporting mission-driven work. She graduated from Baylor University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and from The University of Texas in 2010 with a Master of Arts in International Political Science and Religion. She earned her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications in 2016, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and excellence in the HR field. Meghan has worked in Human Resources for more than 15 years and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Methodist Children’s Home (MCH). In her role, she oversees a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment and staffing strategy, compensation and compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, leadership development, and large-scale HRIS and process-improvement initiatives. She is known for her ability to balance compliance, culture, and compassion in complex non-profit environments. Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Meghan has dedicated her career to serving and strengthening her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, planning travel adventures, crocheting, and cheering on her kids. She and her partner share a love of dogs, good food, and finding humor in everyday life. |
