Every model has been used to describe and navigate change; from curves, to journeys, to steps and more. The reality is change is inevitable and comes faster every day. The only aspect we can control is how we prepare and respond to change.
In this engaging session, participants will:
Learn the personal tips and tricks to navigating change in your life
Understand the impact your decisions and reactions have to the process of change management
Develop a sixth sense to measure your response to change and what to do about it.
