With over 25 years of HR and industry experience, Ms. Mayfield has a rich background spanning both Fortune 100 companies and innovative startups. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to the Texas State Technical College System in the Waco area. Currently serving as Vice Chancellor & CHRO at TSTC, Ms. Mayfield plays a pivotal role in promoting the college's values and ensuring exceptional experiences for employees and students alike. Her approach involves transforming TSTC's core values into tangible actions, fostering a caring campus culture across the institution's multiple locations throughout Texas. This culture is designed to uplift and support every individual teammate and student within the state's esteemed technical college system, which is committed to "placing more Texans in great paying jobs!!"

Credentials: SHRM-SCP, Certified PROSCI Change Management Consultant, Certified Lead 4 Success Trainer (CCL), Certified MBTI Practitioner. Education: BS in Business, AA in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Fun Fact: Ms. Pamela is also a joyful Licensed Wedding Officiant and proud mommy to Milo-Maceo Mayfield, a 3-year-old, 120lb Anatolian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees mix – a canine bundle of beauty, strength, energy, and enjoyment!
