Tami currently is the Senior HR Technology Analyst at Aspect43, researching, writing, and connecting HR technology companies and HR practitioners to help make work work better. She is a former practitioner with more than 15 years of HR experience and holds a law degree focused on Labor & Employment Law from Tulane Law School. She has a passion to make compliance complementary instead of complicated.
