Effective leaders, managers, and supervisors drive employee engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, revenue, and profits.
Do some of your supervisors and managers excel while others struggle? Do you spend unnecessary time cleaning up messes created by unskilled or uninterested people in positions of leadership? People are often promoted to leadership positions because they demonstrate a level of proficiency in a technical skill, but they are not always given the mindset, tools, and frameworks necessary to succeed in their new position.
This session focuses on how to help people identify the mindset transition from “Champion” (expert in their field) to become an effective “Leader.”
Upon completion of this one-hour presentation, attendees will be able to:
- Describe and embrace the Leadership Mindset.
- Describe the three roles of leadership.
- Begin to better identify where they should be spending their time.
- Describe the tools that will enable them to Set Direction, Execute Strategies, and Engage and Inspire People.
